Veggies for breakfast

Looking for ways to improve your health in the new year? Adding more veggies to your diet is well-understood as a method to boost one’s haleness. We often think more of fruit in the morning, but why not try adding more veggies to your diet by including them in breakfast. Check out these simple ways to build health!

  1. Stir fry (more) veggies into your omelets and frittatas.
  2. Make a better breakfast hash; adding peppers, kale, winter squash, and broccoli to hash brown potatoes.
  3. Toss a breakfast salad, adding a fried egg or bacon to your go to salad.
  4. Toast transformation; avocado toast may be old news, try topping your toast with diced peppers, roasted asparagus, tomatoes, and carrot ribbons.
  5. Add more veggies to breakfast burritos; avocados, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, cilantro, etc.
