Whether you’ve got hungry kids out of school and at home or you’re trying to beat the heat by limiting the time spent over a hot stove, we’ve got snacks galore in the bulk department just for you.

Aside from the flavorful and nutritious nuts and seeds, the delicious chocolate covered snacks like peanuts, pretzels, and caramels, and even the pre-mixed trail mixes, the bulk department still has more tasty treats! Start simple and save time on slicing with dried fruits, or satisfy that salty craving with some sesame sticks. Breakfast is a breeze when a batch of easy over night oats can be infinitely customizable and help to start your day off pleasantly full and ready to tackle all the summer activities you can think of! There are so many lovely flavors to choose from. Try sweet, fruity, savory, nutty, chocolatey, and so much more! I love anything lemon personally, so it’s a no-brainer to mix oats, lemon juice, chia seeds, milk, yogurt, and maple syrup all in one easy container, leave overnight, and top with lemon zest for a super bright, easy, and invigorating breakfast. 

Of course, nothing says refreshing summer beverages like iced tea! Use the bulk department to your advantage and get just a scoop or two of a new tea to try, or get creative and craft your own blends. A little bright and refreshing sencha iced tea mixes beautifully with fruity flavors like pineapple juice or fresh summer strawberries!

Don’t be afraid to step out of the box a bit, too – spice up your snacks and eat what you really enjoy! You can take any of our bulk nuts and/or seeds and add your favorite flavors to them using healthy oils or egg whites and baking lightly. Pack a savory punch with garlic, onion, or tamari. Feel cozy with cinnamon, ginger, or brown sugar. Or really bring the flavor with curry, chili, or mustard powder. Don’t stop there either! Mix different varieties of nuts together to bring additional health benefits. Do you like more cashews in your mix and less Brazil? Buy a two to one ratio. Reluctantly pick around almonds, but love walnuts? Not a problem if you buy them in the bulk department!

After a tough day of hiking, biking, gardening, mowing, work, or just because you 100% deserve it, head for the bulk health and beauty section for some local bath salts and bath bombs! These gems are sweetly scented and melt the stress right out as you treat yourself to some well-deserved relaxation!
