Mineral Fusion is a cosmetic company stirring up mineral formulas and making an impact on the community. Based in Denver, CO, Mineral Fusion has been rocking the cosmetic world with mineral products since 2007. Producing nail polish, hair care, body care, and skin care in the USA; they utilize wind power, soy inks, and recycled packaging. This means they’re not only offering great products, but doing their part to help better the world and protect the environment while they do it!
In addition to their general sales, they partner with the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence to raise awareness and compassion for the growing problem of violence against women. The Coalition works to change and adapt policies and educate society with programs, conferences, and more.
Mineral Fusion products are free of parabens, gluten, artificial colors, phthalates, and other harsh chemicals! But why would you want mineral-based cosmetics? The benefits include being made from naturally occurring minerals that sit on the skin without absorbing into the skin, reducing the risk of clogged pores. Their products also contain no talc, but are a natural sunscreen!
My favorites include lengthening mascara in Jet, pressed powder in Neutral 2, liquid eye liner in Valley, and lip tint in Flicker. The mascara stays on my lashes and off my face better than previous brands I’ve tried! The pressed powder is amazing for everyday wear. It matches my skin tone beautifully and lasts through a whole Co-op shift! The eye liner goes on smooth and is smudge resistant, which is prefect for me and my busy days. Lastly, the lip tint is moisturizing, easy to apply, and looks fantastic! I feel great about the products and their ingredients, I support their mission, and love that nothing is tested on animals. I highly recommend trying them today!
