Special ordering enables our customers to purchase case quantities of their favorite product, or order that hard to find product while still spending their money locally. GreenTree offers discounts for purchasing items in case quantities from all departments; Co-op Owners receive 10% off regularly priced items while non-owner customers receive a 5% discount. If that mac ’n’ cheese you always buy goes on sale you can even get an additional 5% off the sale price as an Owner.
Special ordering is also a get way to save money on the items you buy all the time. Is Basmati rice a staple in your diet? You could spend $3.49/lb every time you buy it in the store or pay $3.14/lb and always have it on hand. Hate running out of toilet paper at inconvenient times, but also want to be eco-friendly? Order a case of Field day toilet paper 12-packs, and pay $6.29 per package instead of $6.99!
All it takes to place a special order is a quick conversation with one of our helpful storekeepers or knowledgeable buyers. Just let us know what you want and we will write up an order for you! It’s that easy – you don’t even pay when placing the order. Instead you pay when the item arrives. Getting the order in doesn’t take long either. We get in most items on our twice-weekly trucks, and one of our friendly staff will give you a call to let you know it is here!
