No Bake Granola Cookies

(Gluten free, dairy free, nut free)

  • 4 cups sugar
  • 4 Tbsp melted (dairy free) butter
  • 4 Tbsp cocoa unsweetened
  • ½ cup of coconut milk
  • 4 ½  cups pumpkin flax natures paths granola or hemp plus granola cereals
  • ½ cup sun butter
  • ½ cup chia seeds
1. In sauce pan over medium high heat combine melted butter, cocoa, sugar, and coconut milk and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Stir constantly.
2. Remove from heat and add the 4 cups pumpkin cereal and chia seeds
3. Mix and lay out on parchment paper. They will take a longer time to harden. We usually put them in the freezer or refrigerator for an hour or two.
