We are seeking an individual with a passion for the cooperative business model to oversee all aspects of managing our cooperatively owned grocery store.

GreenTree Co-op Market is on a growth trajectory, having moved into a brand new 10,000 square foot store just two years ago. Sales are currently $4.5 million annually and are continuing to grow. With a staff of just over 30 and a committed, growing membership, the future is bright for our store.

The GM oversees all aspects of co-op operations including finance, human resources, marketing, and community outreach and reports to the Board of Directors within a policy governance structure. We are looking for an individual who enjoys having a high level of engagement in the community and will nurture a culture of service.

- Strong business acumen and financial skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Retail food store or prepared foods management experience.
