This is a nice simple recipe that my family makes all the time.
- 1 Box Glutino Gluten Free Pancake Mix
- 2 2/3 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Vanilla Yogurt (as an egg replacement)
- 1 can Omena Organics Pumpkin
- 6 Tbsp melted Butter
- 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
Mix all of the ingredients together and cook on a hot griddle in batches. Makes approximately 20-25 pancakes. We usually cut the recipe in half or freeze some of the pancakes for later.
