Where are you from?
I am originally from Remus, MI, but moved to Mt. Pleasant in March to be closer to work.
How did you first find the Co-op?
Walking around downtown after hitting our lovely cupcake shop I had the sudden urge to explore!
How long have you been working here?
One year and three months.
What is the best part of your job?
The best part of my job? Well that’s a tough one. It is between helping people to find new and tasty ways to express themselves, or the creative freedom that cooking offers.
Do you like to cook?
I absolutely do! It has been my passion for the past six years of my life.
Describe your perfect breakfast.
A breakfast burrito with sausage, green peppers, eggs, potatoes, green onions, mushrooms, and Swiss cheese. Yum!
What is your favorite GreenTree product?
My favorite GreenTree product? Well, I would have to say Buckeye Bark!

What’s your favorite thing to do in Mt. Pleasant?
Going to different restaurants and trying new foods and then turning around and trying to make them myself.
Tell us something about yourself others might not know.
I used to live on a farm where, for about a year, there were 126 animals – ranging from ducks, chickens, goats, horses, dogs, rabbits, and cats.
Where are some of your favorite travel destinations?
Akron Ohio, to visit family.
What are your hobbies?
Painting, cooking, singing, basically the arts.
What music is playing in your car, home or head?
Country, Soul, Rock n’ Roll, and Symphonic Metal.
Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
Working at GreenTree, married, with a house and with children.
