We now carry a selection of gourmet and specialty cheeses, including: Gruyere, manchego, parmigiano reggiano, brie, burrata, fresh mozzarella, aged asiago, smoked cheddar, halloumi, sheep & goat’s milk feta, sticky toffee cheese, raw cow’s milk blue cheese, mascarpone, chevre, and pear-stuffed chevre.
The uses for these amazing cheeses are probably endless, but some of the better combinations we’ve tried include strawberry jam and mascarpone; brie, sticky toffee cheese, and graham crackers; gruyere and mozzarella in baked macaroni & cheese, grilled halloumi and watermelon, and blue cheese pork chops–just to name a few! Still need some inspiration? Here are some recipes to get you started. Or, if you like to keep things simple, we’ve got a great selection of crackers too!
The cheeses come from many different places, including Michigan, Wisconsin, New York, Italy, and Spain. Is there a particular cheese you were curious about?
